“ Sanfran is a Quintanar landmark, renowned for its exceptional food and impeccable service. Every dish is meticulously prepared, a true delight. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a great choice :) ”

- Sandra Pedraza -

“ All the dishes, especially the fish, were delicious. For me, the star dish was the foie gras; I'd never tasted anything like it. Other outstanding dishes were the desserts, especially the lotus soufflé and the cheesecake. The service was also friendly, particularly the waitress, who was quick and very attentive to all the diners. Chef Fidel is also very approachable with his customers, and for me, it's a fine dining restaurant. ”

- Silvia Fernandez -

“ The best place to eat in Quintanar, pricey but worth the visit. Fidel shines in the kitchen; the foie gras, artichokes, tuna tataki, etc., are all outstanding. Highly recommended. ”

- Pedro López Sánchez -

“ A surprising place. From the outside, it doesn't look as beautiful as the inside, and the food is so good. We were passing through the town and had lunch there. Excellent service and attentiveness. The quality of the food and the chef's skill in preparing it are top-notch. It's worth a stop if you're passing by. ”

- David Menosmola -

“ The owner, Fidel, is always willing to lend a hand when needed. Great quality and wonderful presentation at good prices. Awesome service. ”

“ We've eaten there a couple of times and everything was delicious. From our first visit, I'd recommend the suckling lamb chops, incredibly tender, and the baby squid, although the salmorejo (a chilled tomato soup) somewhat overpowered them. And from our second visit, the venison sirloin, flavorful and rare. I also have to mention the kokotxas (hake cheeks) in pil-pil sauce, which weren't on the menu. We also tried artichokes, whitebait with ham and eggs, and the bluefin tuna (Japanese style). We saw tempura asparagus, monkfish with clams, and turbot being served to other tables, all of which looked very appetizing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. ”
